 Amanda Hammock - is a born and raised Pennsylvanian, initially from Montgomery County and later Delaware County. A graduate of Marple Newtown High School, and Temple University, most of her life has been spent in Pennsylvania save for time spent with her husband during his active-duty service in the United States Air Force. She has spent the last decade working in and with local, state, and federal government, as well as within the non-profit community. A staunch active supporter of Veterans and Organized Labor, as well as an avid gardener, she has dedicated her time and efforts to making sure community and the world around us are a better and safe place for all.

Born and raised in Morton Pa, and a 2002 graduate of Springfield High School.   Proud owner of Millers Senior Planning group. My goal was to implement change and give the community transparency and leadership that serves the people of Morton.

Bernice Clark-Dickerson

Resident of Morton for over 15 years. Delaware County Food & Shelter Program Board member. Delaware County Community College Trustee. BSW from Widener University and M. ED from Cheyney University. Founder and former Director of the Girls Youth Empowerment Program.

Michele Roberts

Michelle Roberts – Resident of Morton for over 40 years. Served on the council for three terms and was prior Vice President. Has served as a member of the Parks & Rec and Public Safety Committee as well as the Public Health, Sanitation and Recycling Committee.  Michelle is currently the advisor for the Black Student Alliance Club at Springfield High School.  

Walter Stubbs

Mr. Stubbs is a long time resident and is currently serving as the Parks and Rec Committee leader. He is committed to making sure that the youth of Morton have opportunities in and around sports. He is also a veteran and has an unwavering commitment to Morton.

Meet Bethann Johnson, Morton Borough Councilor. I am excited to serve our community because I believe in transparency, open communication, and listening to the resident’s needs and wants.  Change is how progress happens and in order for Morton to progress, change must occur.

Carlton Bagby

Meet Carlton Bagby, Carlton is a lifelong Morton resident with over 55 years of community involvement. He has served as a Recreation Coordinator for the Springfield School District, a Morton Police Officer, and a longtime community volunteer, including organizing the Borough’s 4th of July Parade. He currently serves as President of the Morton Borough Civil Service Commission and, after retiring from Verizon as an Executive in 2025, continues to support and strengthen the Morton community.

Cecilia Todd

Meet Cecilia Todd, Cecilia Todd is a lifelong Morton resident of more than 60 years who raised her children in the home where she was born. A graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School, she works as a Senior Specialist in the Wireless Telecom Industry and serves as an Officer with the Morton Rutledge Fire Company #13, where she actively volunteers and fundraises. Cecilia is highly engaged in Borough government, regularly attending Council meetings for many years, and is known for her strong advocacy, knowledge of municipal code, and dedication to protecting and strengthening the Morton community.
